Many people come to us and say ‘but I can get the same service from an Estate Agent’. Wrong, it is important to understand that Estate Agents only work for the seller. It is their role to act in the seller’s best interests as they are paying their fee. It is their job to get the highest price for their clients. Also, each Estate Agent will only be able to show you properties that they have been instructed on, therefore in in the Costa del Sol you would need to be talking to easily a dozen Estate Agents to access a reasonable part of the available property.

Find the right property.
We put in the endless hours an effective property search requires so you don’t have to, finding the right property is time-consuming and tricky, particularly if you are new to the Costa del Sol or living abroad. We work with you to make the process as simple as possible. After determining what you are looking for and what you can afford. We begin sourcing properties that meet your requirements. Purchasing a “Dream Home” is one of those life accomplishments that top nearly everyone’s bucket list. We preview properties on your behalf, shortlist the most suitable, and accompany you to all viewings, we continue doing so until you have found ‘the one’.
Off Market Property.
Being a property scout & buying agents we have access to both on market listings and off market units (either through discreet marketing or distressed sales). We are well connected within the network of agents and representatives that handle these transactions. A high percentage of the properties we secure for our clients are ‘off-market’.
Negotiate the offer.
As your property scout & buying agents we will advise you on an appropriate price to offer and present it to the seller’s agent. “Then we will negotiate on your behalf, its our job to negotiate the best possible price and terms for you.
Recommend other professionals.
We refer you to reliable mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, movers, and more if needed.
The agent/buyer contract. Once you agree to work with us, you will have to sign a contract called an Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement outlining our services. This contract also means that we will act as your sole representative and that you won’t work with other buyer’s agents.
How much do buyer’s agents cost? our service self-funding through tough negotiation, the seller pays the commission for both the seller’s agent and the buyer’s agent / property scout. Typically the commission is split evenly between both agents

We also offer further property management and letting services in the Costa del Sol allowing us to take care of all areas of investment, including overseeing purchases, letting, refurbishments and property management.
